Submit a Proposal

We are currently accepting proposals for workshops and classes for our space. Proposals must be completed in full and submitted no less than one month prior to the date of the event.

Your proposal should contain the following:

Your Information
Including your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Website, Resume and Brief Biography.

Proposed Class Information

1. Class Name and Description
2. Who is the intended audience for this class?
   (ie. children, artists, professional artists, etc.)
3. Brief chronological outline of the intended class or workshop
4. Supply List for the Workshop
   (The instructor will need to arrange for the provision of supplies)
5. Number of Students allowed per Class
6. Contact Information and Credentials (if available) for Co-Instructors or Helpers
7. Up to 3 dates and times for the class in order of preference
   (see the Arts on Main Calendar of events to get an idea of available times).
8. Price for the Class
   (30% is collected by the Gaston County Arts Guild for Space Rental)
9. 1-3 Images Related to the Class or Workshop
10. Any additional information pertinent for consideration

Proposals may be submitted by email in pdf format, or you may deliver your proposal to Arts on Main during regular business hours.
